A special heterogeneous vinyl floor covering, Thermofix® has been manufactured by Fatra, a.s. since 2003. The covering consists of several layers with integrated fibreglass. Its top transparent layer has a textured design and also includes a polyurethane layer that enhances its resistance and makes maintenance easier.

Thermofix finds use in both businesses and households®

Thermofix® is used extensively in shopping centres, lobbies, corridors, office buildings, hotels and restaurants. Its durability also makes Thermofix® a suitable product for light industry facilities. In addition, the product finds extensive use in residential premises and households.

In 2009, Fatra, a.s. launched a new collection of Thermofix® models, namely 34 patterns imitating wood and grouped into the ELEGANCE (17 patterns) and RUSTIKAL (17 patterns) collection and 10 STONE patterns imitating ceramic paving.

The floor covering is available in the following dimensions: 900 mm x 150 mm or 900 mm x 100 mm (wood imitation) and 300 mm x 300 mm or 450 mm x 450 mm (ceramic paving imitation). The segments are 2.5 mm in total thickness, of which the thickness of the top layer is 0.8 mm, 2.0 mm or 0.4 mm.

Although Thermofix® is easy to install, the producer recommends that you hire professional contractors to do the job.

Thermofix® is readily available in a wide wholesale network throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics. The producer provides a 10-year warranty for the product.
